Kelly Finn

Kelly Finn serves as Engagement Director at isearch group, inc., specializing in the recruitment of mid-to-senior level candidates. Through targeted competitive research, Kelly is able to identify and recruit the strongest candidates for isearch’s clients. Kelly has successfully recruited candidates in a variety of industries including technology, financial, legal, professional services and alternative energy.

Prior to joining isearch, Kelly was Senior Account Management Recruiter for Microsoft’s Professional Services Organization. Additionally, Kelly brings 8 years of account management and sales experience, including positions as Major Accounts Manager for a Silicon Valley consulting services firm, Senior Accounts Administrator at Lotus Development, and Account Manager for Estee Lauder, Inc.
