Michael began his career in executive search as Senior Consultant with AC LION International, a New York-based boutique firm focused on assignments in the high tech-industry. After his promotion to Director, he was selected to launch the company's West Coast operation in Southern California. Before entering the search field, Michael had worked as a consultant in the Human Resource Advisory Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the New York area. Michael graduated from Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Magna Cum Laude.
Michael lives in LA with his wife Sasha and their four children.
