Carrie Moore serves as Director, Client Services at isearch group, inc. where she specializes in the recruitment of mid-senior level rock star candidates. Carrie brings over 10 years of experience executing and leading talent acquisition strategies for technology, media and professional services organizations. Carrie is also responsible for managing client relationships and securing recruitment engagements.
Prior to isearch, Carrie was a Senior Engagement Manager with The Good Search. Before that, Carrie spent five years with Microsoft where, as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, she managed the recruitment and selection process for MSN Sales and Marketing. During her tenure at Microsoft, Carrie received "Gold Star" recognition for team building and accomplishments that contributed to Microsoft's business success. Carrie received a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Central Washington University. |
