In his role as Director of Research, Paul manages the complete life-cycle of mid to senior-level sourcing and recruitment projects. As a researcher par excellence, Paul gains valuable industry knowledge by conducting due diligence on relevant organizations that in turn is leveraged to source, identify and recruit the strongest talent on behalf of isearch's clients. Paul's research and full life-cycle recruiting in industries including real estate, life sciences, technology and energy have resulted in dozens of hires for a multitude of clients. Paul graduated with a BA in Political Science from The University of Southern California.
